A couple of weeks ago I received this lovely little package from Ark Skincare (based in Putney, London) with a set of four little products to introduce into my skincare regime. In the pack there is a moisturiser, masque, exfoliator and cleanser - all jammed full of natural goodness designed specifically for my age group. Age prepare - the type I was given - is for teens to early thirty year old skin and has everything in there to make your skin look and feel UH-MAZING!! They also have skincare specifically designed for mid-thirties to fifty (Age Maintain) and mid-fifties and beyond (Age Repair) making it a completely unique skincare range.

So onto the first product I used; the exfoliator. Before Ark I had only been using Clean & Clear exfoliating scrub which had been working well for me, but I was still getting spots here and there. I don't eat super healthy so my diet is to blame for these pesky little pimples but Ark exfoliator has completely diminished them. I still use my exfoliator gloves with it to make the product work a little bit harder and then splash my face with warm water, I normally use it in the morning to wake me up. After that I then use either my moisturiser or cleanser, because I have quite oily skin I decided to alternate between the two and only use it once a today, like I said after I've used the exfoliator. I find both products keep my skin hydrated (definitely not oily) throughout the whole day until it comes off with my make up at night. Lastly, the masque. I've used this twice now and because you only need to use a little bit of the product it feels so light and like you've not got anything on your skin, unlike a lot of the high street brands. Once removed my skin feels a lot fresher and it actually dries it out a bit, which is obviously great for my skin type.

All these products have helped my skin get back to its prime and I am going to continue using them right through winter when my skin dries out a bit until I need to stock up on some more!

Keep up to date with me via:
