I don't think I've ever been more pleased with a random product purchase than this little beauty! Mum and I popped into Home Sense last friday to look at their Christmas homeware  section when all of a sudden I end up in the beauty section...oops. A dermabrush is something I had looked into buying for quite a while but all the ones I'd looked at had been a tad too expensive for me, this one was just £14.99 so I thought why not? Not a lot of money to lose if it's not that great. Luckily for me, this has been such a good purchase...probably my purchase of the month.

The unit itself is really light, even with the 4 AA batteries it requires and comes with four different attachments (facial brush, body brush, pumice stone and sponge) so has everything you would need for your face, feet and body. If, like me, you suffer with oily, spot prone skin then this is a God send. Like I said I only bought it friday so have only used it over the weekend but I'm already feeling the benefits. My skin before would be bumpy from the spots both above and below my skin surface but now that's totally smooth and has left it feeling silky soft and me with alive looking skin. I use the small facial brush attachment with my normal face wash then the sponge over it, I haven't tried the pumice stone or body brush yet but if it's anything like the facial attachments I'm excited!

As this was a sort of 'one off' from Home Sense the only place I could find it online was Amazon and it's a tad more expensive on there, definitely look in your own Home Sense or even TKMaxx as they may have a random one in there.

Keep up to date with me via:

  1. This sounds like a great beauty brush - I love my Clarisonic so am always intrigued to hear how others compare!
